entirely new compensation plans. Anticipated results are assured by
pre-determining the precise effect of any compensation changes before they
are implemented. Simulations incorporate your firm's historical data with all
calculations based upon your firm’s criteria - rate grids, products,
production levels/assets under management (MTD, QTD, YTD, or Rolling
Average), minimum ticket and discount rules, etc. In addition to the training
provided, we bring to your firm our extensive expertise utilizing this tool
to determine the profitability of each trade by factoring in the direct cost
of sales such as salesperson net, execution and clearing fees.
