We are now primarily a software development company emphasizing a new
concept - Leased Semi-Custom Software. Each software product is designed so that it can be easily tailored to a
client's specific business needs. And, we offer complete on-site support for our systems on Mainframe/Mini computers
as well as the PC. We provide our clients with high quality dependable business systems while eliminating the up-front
expense, risk and commitment associated with outright purchase or in-house development.
Because today's competitive business environment requires sophisticated systems that are costly and time consuming to
develop, most firms find it cost prohibitive or simply do not have the resources to do so. Our products are
professionally developed, offering the functionality and flexibility to be effective in any firm, Small or Large, Retail
or Institutional. They are cost effective because we are able to spread development costs over many client firms.
The cost of using them is also minimized because our products are installed as "stand alone" systems, not as part of an
expensive and complex "brokerage suite". Such "suites" are typically difficult and time consuming to install,
incorporating costly features that the client may not necessarily need. To facilitate integration or data sharing with
other systems, we provide interfaces to almost all popular Back-Office, Correspondent Clearing, General Ledger and
Payroll Systems in addition to all popular Databases. Our professional staff has the specialized brokerage business
knowledge and technical expertise necessary to customize and install these products quickly. The experienced technical,
maintenance and upgrade assistance that we provide eliminate the need for the client to have an in-house technical
staff to support the product.
